Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is structurally sound, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles.
Mixing
Gradually add the adhesive powder to clean water (approx. 3:1 ratio by volume). Mix thoroughly until a smooth, lump-free paste is formed. Allow it to slake for 5 minutes and remix.
Application
Apply the adhesive using a properly sized notched trowel to ensure uniform thickness and maximum coverage.
Tile Fixing
Press the tiles firmly into position with a slight twisting motion to ensure 100% contact. Adjust within 15 minutes.
Curing
Allow the installation to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before grouting or allowing light foot traffic.
